Just because I grew up in the area that I am now at college in, it doesn't make what I have to say any less valid. Because someone has "moved" down from Liverpool (or whatever) to study here, it doesn't make them a better informed, all round better person. I have lived away from home for 2 years, I don't go "home" every summer to be pampered by mum. Where I live, the place I'm paying rent for is my home. Just because someone rents somewhere to stay while they are studying...dunno, it doesn't mean they're a big world-weary grown up. Whats the point of going "home" every chance you get. What is home????
